I am pretty sure I did my best since when I tried to pick up a glass of water I almost dropped it. I worked out for about 1hr and 30min.
I did it after my routine. Which made it more challenging but not too bad.
I did 5 sets, 1 2min rest and I took a shower after that's for sure. I felt it a bit but my normal routine is not much less so not much...
First day doing it and it was not too bad. I however do feel it a little in my muscles. But it was a lot easier than it looks.

Actually I weigh 128lb I have been building more muscle and abs. Let me edit that.
